It's my car but I wasn't driving it. Raul, my driver, had a few too many I suspect and (borrowed) the Jag. Unfortunatly he flattened the local metro stop, destroyed 2 trash containers and tore most of the front out of the nearest Burger King. Thank God the Jag only had some scratrches. Since they are all insured and Raul has no license wouldn't it be best to simply ignore the whole sad situation?

(sigh) Well I hope you know where Raul will be getting money to pay for those scratches, and the big ole dent you didn't notice due to your level of intoxication. Raul has raised his rates I now pay double for him to come over clean the pool and service me and my cocker spaniel. You have no idea how much he charges for video.

He took out a BUILDING and only SCRATCHED the Jag? OK, I will PRETEND to believe you. Raul will be deported after serving time for DUI, driving without a license, reckless driving, and leaving the scene of an accident. Then again, he IS an illegal alien. If he turns himself in, he can probably sue Jaguar for making the car.

Even if they are all insured, Raul caused the damage.
Plus he left the scene of the accident without notifying the police.
If you allowed Raul to drive you car knowing he had no license, then you are liable as well.

Sure just ignore it. As long as your driver fixes your jag, everythings fine.

Cool Story.

Highly unlikely, but cool.

Sure, report it.... We always enjoy getting reports from loons. It breaks up the night.
