High intelligence and nerdiness are often seen together. However, there are people with high intelligence who are not nerds, or who do not display nerdiness.
It is a mark of extremely high intelligence to be real smart and real cool. The cool bit is about emotional or social intelligence. This is something not taught well at school.
An IQ score and the fact that you are in Med School does not indicate where you are on the nerdiness scale.

High intelligence. Like, I'm not quite sure if you know what nerdy means? It comes from nerd right?
Nerd..
1. a stupid, irritating, ineffectual, or unattractive person.
2. an intelligent but single-minded person obsessed with a nonsocial hobby or pursuit: a computer nerd.
I'm sure you're not STUPID; . And you must like to hang out with friends and such. Making you not a computer nerd. Even though you could possibly love going on the internet.

A nerd usually is only academically intelligent. Expanding yourself beyond academia will decrease your level of nerdiness, so you can then be intelligent without being a nerd.

I don't know a nerd (in my definitions) is someone who knows practically everything, and a geek is someone who know practically everything about one thing. So I mean unless you know pretty much everything then I ........guess....so.....but hey a nerd isn't a bad thing, people just uses the term in a way that makes it sounds bad.
