You're wasting your time on the internet. If you have a computer and the internet, you can afford to go to the vets. This condition could be atopy, an allergic skin condition - go to the vets. Not having money is not an excuse.

This can often be a sign of allergies or hot spots. There are things you can do to help it. If its just in one area that is bothering her see if you can get a cortisone shot from your vet. They are a bit pricier than over the counter remedies but put a stop to the itching and the cycle. Otherwise there is a vicious cycle where the dog itches, the area get inflammed, it hurts and itches more, the dog licks the area, the area never can heal. If its her whole body you will have to identify the source of the allergy. It could be something outside, her food, bedding, etc. Any easy thing to try is to put her on a more anti-allergenic food like lamb&rice formulas. Good luck!

She may have allergies. I would find some good dog food recipes and start making your own. I stopped feeding my dog dry dog food because i don't trust it.
