I feel good but a little bit like things are happening in slow motion. Is this similiar to what you felt while on effexor?

I didn't feel that way on it, but some side effects of the anti depressants are bizarre, so it's possible. See if it goes away within a few weeks, and if it doesn't then talk to your doctor about it.

I took only 1 pill and it made me feel horrible.My whole body was in pain my thoughts were everywhere.To be honest , I couldn't wait until this chemical would leave my body.It was first and last time I tried effexor.

No. The only side effects I had were lowered sex drive and weird dizziness. The dizziness passed after about 2 weeks but I still have problems with my sex drive.
