I am no expert but I was thinking that you may use a "concealer " women use to cover their under eye circles or blemishes. Sold at any drugstore in the make up section, in different skin tones.I hope this help, Good luck.

If I were you I would go to the local tattoo parlor and discuss it with the tattooist. They are really good about thinking on their feet, so they will probably be able to help out a lot more then us. Also go in there with some idea of what you would like, and then let them work with it.

You could try some sort of celtic/tribal design. Your tattooist would be the best person to advise as he will know what will work and what won't. That's his job after all. You won't be the first cover up he's been asked for and you certainly won't be the last.

I have used a product called Covermark. It works great. You can find it on-line and I know you can buy it in some stores.
