yes, he's probably annoyed that he can't get ahold of you. You having a cell phone is going to help him out too.

Depends on the relationship between the two of you. Do you both give each other expensive presents? If he's simply just asking if you want a cellphone, then probably no - but do tell him he it's very wonderful of him to offer. If he's already bought it, then maybe it would be nice to accept his gift. Alternatively, if you feel that the phone is too much and feel you still should not take it, thank him by doing something nice for him. :)

No, if so, he will feel like he has a certain level of power over you. What if you don't like him later and you want to break up for whatever reason it is, you may feel guilty about the phone? Be independent, get your own phone. Is he paying for the bill as well? If so, don't do it...

Have you ever seen Judge Judy? Half of those cases are snivelling, broken-up couples complaining about unpaid cell phone bills. It's almost a certainty that you'll screw him with the bill when the relationship ends.

So yes, take the phone.

well that all depends....you want to make sure it's in your name only ....not his....that way he cany cancel it ...im trying not to be a downer but you need to make sure the relationship will last otherwise it's going to be hard to 'break' the cell phone contract...

You can...but be willing to let him have free reign to read your text messages and look at your call log if he is paying for it. it could just be a way to keep you on a leash.

No, get your own. If you accept it. . . he's going to keep tab on you and if you breakup or he gets mad. . . you're out of a phone.
