I'm not really sure if she is a special ed student, but she hangs out with them. I dont think she really is, I mean, no offense, but she doesnt look "retarded". In fact she is really cute, everything about her is gorgeous. I must admit, I never been in love before, I'm only 15 and I'm starting to have this feeling.

See the problem, I dont know how to approach her. I dont even know her name, age, or anything. I only see her when I'm walking to my 2nd period class. My 2nd period building is right in front of the special ed class and that is the only time I get to see her.

I'm desperate to make a move =] any suggestion?

it really depends
if she's a full blown downie or autistic kid or something of the like, then yes it is very very wrong

but if she is normal other than attending a few special ed classes feel free to ask her out. (hell i was in special ed English when i was 8 due to mild dyslexia, and im now at the top of my gifted ed class). But fyi make sure you find out a few things about her first ( like if she's single and if she is a sp ed kid to begin with).

Just start by making eye contact and smiling for a week or so. That way she'll at least recognize you when you start to talk to her! Maybe she's a special ed helper or something.

it would be funny if she was the teacher
lol

ussually when someone has a problem in a class like math
they put them in smaller classes so its easier to concentrate
or they get more help from the teacher
no big deal i mean if she is a girl in the class maybe u can be her tutor and help her out :)
just talk to her

if she's coming out of the special ed class, then she's more than likely a special ed student...

and "wrong" is so subjective. decide yourself.

she might just be a helper for the class or something
if she just groans and doesn't talk at all if you say anything to her that means she is a part of the class
but if she ISNT part of the class its oviously not weird
