you will need his Social security number and his password. technically you should not be allowed to have access, but he can set you up with a read only account so that you will be able to look at his LES every month.

keep in mind that this week's pay stub will only list the net payment, the breakdown will not show until the end of the month's pay( available about a week out).

his pay shouldn't change much. so what ever he got on the 1st is what he will get on the 15th, give or take 0.50. however some soldiers elect to only get payed once a month, then he wouldn't get anything on the 15th. also you can look at his LES under the mypay web site. but you need his password. most soldiers do not give it to thier spouse, so don't get upset if you do not know it, and he will not tell you. soldiers are real touchy about it.

that could quantity to idiocy and an utter loss of craftsmanship of ways company works. definite, I undergo in techniques having this argument with Untamed an twelve months in the past whilst she suggested as me a loser for saying it is going to not be like the armed forces. out of your reaction in the different question : "each rank gets a similar quantity of money no count number how lots or little you artwork. You get a similar quantity each month and twelve months in case you worked a 40 hour week or a ninety hour week. You upward push in rank with the aid of time and extremely hardly with the aid of capacity. outfits, foodstuff, housing, electrical energy, and so on is all presented and paid for." it works for the armed forces and all of us be attentive to it does. yet company would not artwork that way. company is a corporation with ROI objectives and which capacity companies additionally negotiate the pay that they'll dole out to their workers. enhance and pay hikes in company are in step with overall performance. It would not bode nicely for the agencies to stick their workers pay statements in the cafeteria wall. that could fail. Edit : I do understand the enormous distinction you talk approximately, yet seems such as you probably did not examine my answer considering the fact which you're in all probability dissatisfied with my honesty. Civilian pay is uncomplicated awareness. supply me a profile, and we are able to tell what their marketplace value is, frequently, whether it rather is not precise. on condition that the pay in a company relies upon on many factors and that it could additionally mirror an workers overall performance between different issues, i don't see the best judgment in the back of your saying 'civilian pay being greater open and available to the common public'. upload that on your fact "the armed forces is amazingly open approximately how lots honestly everyone seems to be getting paid and who's getting what pay." yet of course, you and your armed forces employed Feminist comrades does not agree, whether you already are conscious of it. Edit : and of course, you assert 'civilian pay being greater open and available to the common public' and you later substitute it to 'only the pay quantity being available to workers'. enormous distinction there besides.
