Particularly the bottom of my body. I thought it was just getting old that does that.

Not only sitting but if the body is kept in the same position, the blood circulation gets affected, resulting soreness or even cramps. Sitting, standing even sleeping causes. Patients who are in bed for a number of days get bed sores, and skin getting wounded. So they are moved physically by the attendants.
That is why change in position and relaxation are necessary.

I take breaks from my computer, and do mind-body exercise to keep my spiritual energy and my body right. My body is not sore.

My wrist gets sore because I'm on the computer so much (not always here in R&S).

Ya, My lower back. So I dont sit for too long, there are better things to do than sit get an achy back..
