does she hold eye contact? does she seem interested? does she ask you questions? if she doesn't like you she won't care enough to give you the time... some times she may stand closer, i don't know... sounds dumb, but she may feel comfortable enough around you at first, and that is a good sign that she may like you.
then again, there is a big difference in liking you (as a person) and being interested in you as a guy friend, or more...

A girl might not like you that very moment that you meet. It may take a while for her to get to know you better and than she'll start to like you. Usually if she likes you at first sight, than she'll blush a little and maybe even act shy. Don't ever try to impress the girl at first sight, just act like yourself and she'll like you better than she would've if you tried to impress.

She looks you in the eyes and listens to what you say. She doesn't look over your shoulder when you speak. She will smile at you and talk about things that are important to her. If she asks you for help or for your advice you know you're in! Good luck out there!

Girls usually have the first-sight-crush thing if she thinks you're cute. Then the shy ones won't look you in the eye, and the "brave" ones will ask you questions(flirting).
