the regular metal braces or the new, plastic brace? quite a hard question if you ask me

i prefer the old fashioned regular metal ones. the plastic/clear colored ones are more susceptible to stains. and I don't think they hold up as well as the normal metal kind.

Which type would make you happier with your appearance? You're stuck with having braces, so make the choice that makes it easier to deal with over time.

Clear braces can get stained, but there are ways to fix that. You just need to take care of them more, which is good. It's important to take special care of your teeth with braces.

Invisalign, or whatever it's called now, is not always effective. Take the reliable way.

Orthodontist have been dealing with metal braces and they have perfected working with them, they tend to be more effective, and best of all if you get a gray or silver band put on your brackets they're really not even that noticeable. They also tend to be a more effective and lasting treatment.

Yes, the Plastic ones might be hard at 1st, but Ask if being in r mouth with saliva wudn't they soften after a while. My preference for u, but, R choice. Best o' Luck! lol

I had regular braces and they were fine...much less difficult to deal with and it goes faster too. It might not be as pretty as you like, but trust me...people know you have braces either way!
