ok if your saying like you have known them a long time and then you come up and say you like them. It matters if you talk to them all the time and they ever have flirted with you they'll prob. love to hear that. If you never talk or anything it prob. freak em out and if it's like a friendship kind of relationship it could go either way but most likely he would like to hear it
