I'm 18, I way 10 stone and im 5'10ft but i want to be lighter i havent eaten in a while and wen i do i make myself sick :(. I think my gf is cheating on me so i think im not attractive and that i need to be lighter . I need help i think? Please help

At 140 pounds and 5 feet 10 inches, you are bloody well emaciated.

If your girl is cheating on you, starving yourself won't bring her back. Did you ever think that perhaps she'd be more interested in a guy with a bit more weight and more muscles on his frame than some rail thin waif?

In any event, if she is running around because of your weight, she's bloody well not worth keeping anyway.

Dump her.

Work on developing a realistic self image. Join a gym, start working out and build your physique. With another 20 to 40 pounds of muscle, you will look much better and attract a better type of bird and in large flocks.

Go to the pub tonight and have a couple of pints and some good food, have some fun, and join a gym tomorrow.

Start eatting!!! Your fine! You seem to be the type of person that would do anything for her. If she is cheating she is stupid and is taking you for granted. Don't think that way. She just doesn't desearve you. As for being sick when you eat... Start eatting small foods that disolve really quickly. Like a salad or something. don't have dairy straight away. (unless of course your lactose intolerant and you don't have dairy anyway!)
Just don't worry about what your GF thinks. She's your Gf isn't she? she started going out with you no matter what your weight. If she's cheating then she doesn't desearve you.

You need to seek professional counseling. You need to talk to your girlfriend and tell her how you feel.

Right now all you are doing is trashing your vital organs and your metabolism by not eating. All you have to do is watch what you eat and watch your portions and exercise. Exercising increasing the endorphins in your body and it will help with depression, plus it is also a good way to relieve stress.

Don't rely on anyone else to make you happy. Only you can make you happy!!! You don't need a person to fulfill your life. If she is cheating on you then dump her and move on. Better to find out now than the later.

Go talk to someone and get some help. Don't trash your life or your body over anyone.

10 stone? and dude trust me dont worry too much about things because your cause more stress. its the stress from you making yourself feel this way thats causing you to feel sick. you get those times where your hungry but sad so you loose your appitite. just relax and enjoy the things around you my friend. there are other fish in the see anyway. if you want to get lighter then dont because it sucks. what you want to do is jog everyday for 30 in the morning and stretch because you will feel lighter, and have a more spring to your step. when you feel lighter, you feel better. contact me for any more info.

I don't know what 10 stone is, but nobody is worth physically abusing your body for. Either they love you for you or you should be in the relationship. If she is cheating why would you want to be with her. She doesn't respect her self let alone you if she is willing to do that to you. Start eating and realize you can do better.

Ask your doctor about your eating you could be slimmer by eating more of a healthy diet eat more vegtables and fruits oh exercise for at least 30 minutes to an hour.I doubt your gf would be cheating on you for that reason and you have to eat it could cause some damage if you dont if you dont eat it could cause you to get sick and die.

Good lord man-- that's what 140 pounds ?? You could put on some weight friend. And cowboy up --- if your girl is cheating kick her to the curb. Take care of yourself and your health. I am sure you are perfectly attractive. I don't know why people are so hard on themselves !! Enjoy life, meet new people and be kind to yourself and others.

You are right. You do not need to be doing that. You are only hurting your body. If your girl isnt happy with you, oh well. She needs to love for who you are and not what she wants you to be. About the cheating situation, you got to have trust. What reasons have she given you that she is cheating. Remember you cant believe what everyone tells you.

Dude, dump her! if she makes you feel that way then you should definately find somebody else, even though it might seem hard. And not eating? du u onestly know what ur doing to ur body? I'm 5'10'' and i weigh 160. my nickname is phat leggs but people always tell me how skinny i am and that i need to gain weight. I don't think i am very skinny but still, u probly think u are so much bigger than u really are.

Stop harming your body, no girl is worth the trouble! If she is cheating on you psssh brush her off, she sucks. If you aren't sure sit her down and talk to her about your feelings, if she's a good gf she'll try and help you and be honest with you.
