Cancer is hundreds of diseases, not just one. The difficulty is that different cancers are caused by different things, so no one strategy can prevent them, and different cancers respond to different treatments so no one treatment can cure them all

Quite a few cancers can be cured these days though. CancerResearch UK says that 7 out of 10 children are cured of cancer. Testicular cancer, Hodgkin's disease, and many cases of leukaemia can all be cured in adults with chemotherapy, most skin cancers are cured with surgery, and many cases of thyroid cancer and cancer of the larynx are cured with radiotherapy.

Many other types of cancer are also cured if they are found early enough - 75% of breast cancers found at stage one for example. There is still a long way to go, especially with some of the commonest types of cancer such as lung, breast, bowel and prostate cancer.

There's no conspiracy to hide or prevent a cancer cure in order to maximise profits, as some of these replies suggest. The conspiracy theory is an urban myth, a sort of game played by those who have not had cancer or close experience of it. Consider, if there were such a conspiracy:

*whoever discovered the cure would be keeping quiet, even though it would bring them fame and fortune.

*every medical professional in the whole world would have agreed to keep the cure secret. Every single one. One blabbermouth, one disgruntled researcher or sacked nurse and the whole conspiracy’s blown.

*the thousands of people who would have to have been cured by it in order to prove it worked would be keeping quiet about it too. Newspapers and other media wouldn't have got a sniff of it.

*doctors, scientist, researchers etc would be watching their relatives die and dying themselves (they and their families develop cancer at the same rate as the rest of the population) even though they knew of a cure

There is much research going on in all types of cancer to try and find a cure. Biological therapies such as cancer vaccines, monoclonal antibodies and gene therapies are all active areas of research. There is also research into how cancers grow their own blood supplies. Researchers are beginning to test 'anti-angiogenic' drugs that may be able to stop that happening and so stop cancers from growing. Of course you still have to find them early enough for this to be a cure. But there is hope that this treatment may also stop cancer secondaries from developing. Dedicated hard work by the very people the conspiracy theorists claim are trying to hide a cure.

Many people – again, invariably those who have not had cancer or been close to it - have pet theories about what causes and prevents it, and how to treat it. Existing treatments - chemotherapy and radiotherapy - are not perfect, far from it, but we know, because they have been clinically tested and proven, that they save some lives and extend many others.

The answer to all ailments is to bring balance back to the organism. Many in the medical field --esp, drug companies-- depend on people's chronic ailments for their entire income. Do you really think they want to contribute to its demise?
These actually OutLaw / Blacklist the Doctors, Therapies, Scientists of various ilks, & knowledge that is truly healthful.
They spend thousands on public commercials, selling drugs that haven't proved safe for their target audiences, or the hhealth problems that they advertise they are effective for...

In a nutshell, the donations are being gobbled up by greed.
Many who are involved have been hoodwinked into believing otherwise. These unwittingly support the harming of the very public they trained so long to help.

The sites are not postable on Y!As, or I'd share them.

The cures are actually right under our noses, & have been, all along. But we've been taught that if something seems too good or easy to be true, to assume that it is... However, thesaying says that it USSUALLY is too good or easy--NOT that it always is!

Conventional Medicine is Big Business, & it's aim is to CONCEAL the answers, As Much & for As Long as they can get away with it. Consider the methods used to train Drs: They are given HUGE amounts of things to accomplish --and VERY LITTLE time to do them in-- that they get EXTREMELY LITTLE sleep. This goes on for PROLONGED PERIODS of time, just as it does in Brain-Washing techniques. They know that when a person becomes exhausted enough, that they will CEASE to be able to reason, STOP asking questions, & just ACCEPT whatever they are told. The students at this point have SO MUCH time & money already invested --plus, the HIGH expectations of all their relatives & friends-- that they feel they CAN'T turn back. Under these conditions, it is no wonder that so many --including sincere humanitarians-- adopt Conventional Medical Protocol.

There are several Truly Healthy Protocols in existence, but these must keep a LOW profile, or risk getting removed from the country of their origin, or their founders / promoters getting jailed on trumpted-up charges, etc., etc., etc...

I look forward to the time when such greed will No Longer exist, & neither will the need for ANY medical or health establishment!(:

There are just too many types of cancers to even believe that one cure is out there. There are such huge advances all the way around that so many of us live wonderful lives after cancer. Treatments aren't what they used to be and cancer isn't always the death sentence that it was once believed to be.

There are many different types of cancer, all with different symptoms and slightly different treatment methods. There is much more than one type of cancer and therefore it is very difficult and time-consuming to find a cure. There are many researchers trying to find an answer, but it isn't instant. Cancer is a very complex disease.

Chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery can cure some types of cancer. It is impossible to have just one cure for cancer, since cancer isn't just one disease. Cancer is very complex, there are many types and different forms.

We often see hypothyroid symptoms totally reversed when commits to a plan that supports balance through nutrition and daily self-care. Learn here https://tr.im/FgwUy

Consume foods naturally high in B vitamins, such as whole grains, nuts, and seeds, and iodine (fish, seaweed, vegetables and root vegetables).
Exercise daily, at least 30–60 minutes per day, 4–5 times a week.
Practice deep breathing and other techniques that trigger the “relaxation response” – such as meditation and guided visualization.

You need to learn a little about what cancer is....it's literally hundreds of diseases, not one disease for which a "magic bullet" cure will ever be found.

Your question is a bit like saying "Look at all the money we spend on fire engines! How can buildings still burn down?"
