Less than a day... because we know that the world doesn't want to hear the truth.

Well, since every believable lie is mixed with the truth I am sure that most TV Evangelists speak the truth most of the time. It's the lies that are mixed in with the truth that get them into trouble. Also, since this is America I would hope that they would stay on the air as long as they were able to pay for it since they have as much right to say what they believe is truth as you and I do.

Never going to happen. They love the lifestyle too much. Their income would stop.

If they did, I estimate 4 minutes. All their people would go into shock. The control room would start laughing. It would take 3 minutes for the chain of command to get someone to the control room and shut down the feed. Sometime during the night their marriage mate would have an accidental shooting critically killing the preacher.

If they spoke the truth, they'd rant and rave about how the Bible is inaccurate, contradictory, and fictional. Most people already know that, so they wouldn't be on tv at all. If they wanted to make money telling lies, they'd have to go back to fleecing people out of their money the old school way--becoming used car salesmen.

As Pilate said "Truth? What is Truth?"

Your verison? Mine? Whose? Who are you to sit in judgment over who lies and who does not? From whence does your authority stem? Where do gather the truth from?

Your question would make more sense if you were specific and pointed to particular members of the TV preaching set as opposed to pontificating as if only you know the Truth

For several decades...

They preach their own version of the truth... all you have to have is a belief with a convicion and you have a version of a truth... your truth.

Don't knock what they do though, they make so much money it is astounding!!

Well, they wouldn't be able to preach the ACTUAL contents of the Bible on the air - too violent. If they preached the TRUTH, there would be no reason to be on the air, as there's no money in no God.

Approx One Minute. but it makes no difference, people would not believe it was the truth, they prefer some metaphysical being.
