I was reading that only 4 % of american teenagers are Christians.
Think thats sad. Are you a Christian? We need to take a stand for what we believe in! We need to take back this generation for God!! What do you think?

If you don't believe me about the 4% part, look it up. I found it in a book called " Battle Cry for my Generation"

If you really beleive that, and really beleive the Bible, then you know that you cannot make them beleive.

You will also know that the foolishness of the message preached is what saves men. It is only when they are saved do they have the Spirit to guide them. So unless you are going to start preaching the gospel on the streets, house-to-house, or one-two-one then thier is nothing you can do to help.

P.S. I forgot to mention tracts.

i live for god although i am not a christian. i think most kids these days are very confused and are getting mixed signals. i hope that god will show them the light. Christians are taking a stand.there are about a gazillion christian concerts and schools and groups in public schools for christians. 4% that impossible. i think there should be more Islamic groups.

I've often heard it said: "It's easier to die for your beliefs than to live by them."
And I personally have found that to be very true.
Children have such a hard time to begin with, but if they don't see their parents living for what they believe in (spiritually speaking) it'll be even harder for the kids to take a stand.

We, parents, need to set the pace. Kids *usually* follow sooner or later. If we build a strong foundation, at least there will be something for the children to add onto later in their life.

I think you should sit in a dark room for a long time, take prozac, have sex (if you can meet someone who actually would like to have sex with you, failing that yourself) and if you still feel the same way later commit yourself to an institute for the mentally challenged.

no. we should let teenagers think for themselves. besides if we really have to live for god then that would make him look narcissistic because then he would just create us for the sole purpose of making him feel good about himself.

so no I dont think he would do that. infact we can have the rest of our days to ourselves except for sunday right? so we dont need to live for him then.

I think adults shouldn't believe in fairy tales.

I also think that our country does not need to be "taken back", as our country was founded on atheist, deist, secular values.
