It is 100% juice and the best option next to fruit themselves. Most parents find it necessary to dilute it because it is so strong. Most of the time I have to even for myself LOL

I say stay away from juice, even 100% juicy juice. Just because it says it's 100% natural fruit juice does not mean that it is good for you. It is packed full of sugar and has very little vitamins except for C. It is not the same as eating fruit. In fruit, the vitamins and minerals come from the skin or the pulp, very little from the juice of the fruit. If you want to give him juice, I say still dilute it or skip it all together. I give my kids crystal light when they really want juice. The love it and it has no sugar in it.

All juice has sugar in it, so it should be limited to no more than 6oz a day. I still dilute Juicy juice for my 2 1/2 year old daughter, to limit the sugar intake.

How do you people come up with these questions. I wish I was as clever as you all. By the way the answer is Juicy Juice.

We receive six, 46 oz bottles of Juicy Juice a month through WIC and it is the only juice we give our kids. They generally only get a glass or two a day (around 8oz). We don't dillute it though. I think that would be like drinking weak tea or watered down pop (yuck!).

Shelly J's answer is 100% correct. Although lmphslaw sounds like she has good intentions, artificial sweeteners (found in Crystal Light) are even worse for anyone, much less kids, than the natural sugar found in juice.

It (and all juice) has a high sugar content and should be a treat. Water is still the best thing to drink for every child.

Juicy Juice is 100% Juice. It was also part of the WIC program for a long time. so being 100% juice, Id say its good.

Honestly, there is no nutrional reason for kids to have juice, even 100% juices. If you are going to give it to him, dilute it, but he doesn't need it. It's healthier for him to have the actual fruit and drink low fat milk and water

It's 100% juice and it's the best option for them. I'd absolutely dilute it. You don't want him getting used to too much sugar even if it is natural sugars.
