FYI, for me need clarification. Can a man still ejaculate after this procedure, or is my questioning wrong? Can he get someone pregnant?

The man can still ejaculate, but there will be no sperm in the semen. He will be unable to get someone pregnant.

i hear that he can still ejaculate but this is called blanks becuase it has no sperm in it .
