In general, no, because they're people and people, in general, are not loving or caring.
The question should be, "are christian's more (or less) loving/caring than the average?" For that I don't have an answer. Christianity is probably better than most religions, though, since the missionary instinct, requiring you to push your views onto others, seems less strong and pushing your views onto others is usually a good sign that you're not particularly loving or caring.

Just add to what Tessie said, Christians try to live demonstrate those fruitages daily. Sometimes it's easy, sometimes it's not.
Prayerfully followers of the Christ keep learning and improving in their walk to become more like Jesus, loving and caring people (plus a whole lot more).

Most are loving and caring people. I try hard everyday to help someone. If I told you all that I do and my church it would take the rest of the day to type it all. But like every group of people you have some bad.

A Christian is a follower of Christ. That would make him/her a person who has the fruitage of Gods spirit: love, joy, peace, goodness, kindness, mildness, faith, longsuffering and self-control (Galatians 5:22) There are people who say they are Christians but if they don't have these qualities they are not.

We are the same as everbody else, some are caring and loving and some are bitter and twisted.
Personally I think that if you love God then you should be able to love and tolerate all. I have a great sense of humour and I think that you need to remember to have fun. Believing in God should be fun and loving life is fun, God has helped me to see this side.

I think on the whole we try to be but being human we sometimes/often get it wrong. Loving and caring does not come naturally to any one of us because we are all selfish and greedy, hence the need for Christ's compassion, forgiveness and according to St Paul Advocacy

In my experience they come in all sorts of flavours, from downright malicious, mean-spirited and spiteful to magnetically charismatic, benevolent in the extreme and just plain delightful company.
It depends on whether they are proper Christians or just talk the talk.
A proper Christian can be just beautiful in all the ways that really matter.

It just depends on who you are talking to. Some Christians are the nicest people you have ever met, and some are the total opposite. It just depends.

Yes all true Born Again Believers in Jesus Christ should be caring and loving people, if they are not then they definitely have a problem. Jesus Christ died on a cross for us, to wash away our Sins, He was a Perfect Sacrifice. Now all we have to do to go to Heaven is be Born Again Spiritually, read John 3:3. Being born again is just simply believing in the Bible and Jesus Christ. Believing that we are sinners and that we need to confess them to God and ask him to come into our lives and make us a child of his. If you would like to be Saved and Born AGain and become a Child of God so that when you die you will go to Heaven just pray this sinners prayer of faith believing in Jesus with all your heart and soul. Just Pray Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. Jesus will now send his Holy Spirit to come and live in your heart and guide you into all truth. If you have any questions just send me an email, God Bless YOU!!
