Can they?: Yes
Should they?: NO

Cats with similar DNA (by being related) tend to have more genetic abnormalities than other kittens. In other words they have a bigger chance of being cross eyed, sick or deformed when they are born.

If you are saying can siblings breed? YES. have them neutered so you don't get more kittens. Close relative will have bad gene combinations and have greater chance of have defective kittens....who will suffer and possibly die. If you keep some of them have them fixed. You should have them fixed before you give them to new homes.

Yes any male and female can and will breed regardless of if they are related or not....and no if you were asking if two related would have a larger number of kittens, the answer is no.

Yes the process will keep going and going unless they are fixed when the time is right Its not a good thing to interbreed, your only asking for heartbreak.

Yes if they are not fixed. They don't really discriminate between brothers and sisters or even mothers and fathers. Please, please, please, spay or neuter your cats.
