It's almost impossible to establish residency in England if you are an American unless you have a high degree, unusual profession or you are married to a citizen of the UK(England,Wales, N. Ireland Scotland) or your parents were born in the UK. Someone left you the British Embassy site. Go there Look around...Maybe they changed their rules. I wish they would. I would love to live in the UK
