No, that is far too small. The guinea pigs would never be able to run around, play, popcorn etc and there is no space for a hidey or any toys. It needs to be at least 7.5 square feet.

The cage is way too small. You need to get something thats alteast 42"Lx18.5"Wx20"H. You want them to be able to have plenty of room to run around in.
Here's the link to the website. http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2753256&cp=2767038.2769317&fbx=0&fbn=Taxonomy%7CHabitats+%26+Cages&f=PAD%2FPet+Type+1%2F+Guinea+Pig&f=Taxonomy%2FPET%2F2769317&fbc=1&parentPage=family&keepsr=1

i would say that it is not big enough to house two comfortablly. Plus guinea pigs have fragile bones so if they got on the second platform they could fall off and break a leg. I would go with a bigger cage with out a second platform.
I would recommend that you go to target or something and get these shelving units that are wire panels and build your own cage. All you need to do is make a base out of wood or something and lay down aspen shavings and hook these panels together. The good thing about guinea pigs is that they cant jump so their cage does not need to be completely inclosed over the top. If you have other animals then it might be wise to have a top for it.
here is an example of the cage with the wire panels

no, the cage is way too small. I had 2 guinea pigs when I was 8 and they got really fat and I had a cage that small and they did not really have any room. And when you do buy a cage remember that you also need room for a wheel, house, food and water bowl, a couple of toys. I could tell my were unhappy with their cage so I had to buy a bigger one, try a 36"Lx14" Wx14 H.

No way, you need at least a 4 foot long cage, cavies are my hobby. I have 9 at home plus I work in a pet store. With a too small cage the g.pigs will have no room for using their legs very much. Please trust me on this.

Way too small, and that ramp could be downright dangerous. I'd recommend building a C&C cage, as on Guineapigcages.com. They are cheap, easy to make, last for ages, and are customizable!

i think that looks a bit small. a guinea pig's body can be 10 inches long - they'd barely have room to turn around.
