you cannot convert it, however you can
1) open the PDF
2) hold ALT and hit Print Screen
3) open Paint (start, programs, accessories, paint)
4) Edit, Paste
5) File, Save As "name" and change the bottom choice from BMP to Jpeg

This solution works even if you have free Adobe Reader only. And the quality of the output JPEG image will be a lot better than if you use PrintScreen:

you can change a pdf into a jpeg by simply save as and change the format to jpeg on the drop down menu

When you go to save the file go to

File || Save as || at the bottom of the box where you name the file choose file type from drop down list.

There are tons of options there.

Note: Will not work in Adobe Reader

I your picture program, bring up pic and then "save as". Put it in whatever format you want.
