Okay so I had a Personal Pan Pizza from Pizza Hut, fries and nuggets from Wendy's for lunch and now I have a huge headache. And I need a nap. Ya think I overdid my lunch on fatty foods? Is this the cause of my headache?

Yea I know I should eat healthier, but there's nothing but fast food places around my workplace. Ok I shall get a salad next time.

in my opinion, that's more junk food than you should consume in an entire week. eating healthy ussually makes me feel good. so i wouldn't be surprised if your diet is contributing to your headache.

also, try hydrating yourself with water. those foods are high in sodium and dehydration causes headaches.

Yea the fat in the foods has definetly something to do with it, but basically there isn't really any good nutrients in the food you just ate, and if you eat like that alot your body doesnt get what it needs to perform normal functions.

Also if you do find yourself eating bad, DRINK A TON OF WATER!!!!! This most definetly helps flush your system of the crap!!

I've eaten a lot of fatty foods for one meal before and nothing like that has happened to me, so maybe it is just a normal headache. Who knows, your body is probably reacting differently than mine.

It sounds like you may be sensitive to MSG (a type of salt that's very commonly used in commercial food preparation).

wow that is a huge lunch, you may have overloaded on the carbs!!! You probably just need a good nap!!!

watching too much tv probably
and don't look at your computer screen after this unless you want your headache to get worse
