Only the ones asked of atheists start with that.
Questions for Christians normally start with:
"Christians:"
Peace!

Here's a thought. Maybe they want to ask Atheists a question?

The obvious answer is to direct the attention of an atheist to the question...
But it may be so because nobody wants to get a column of silly Bible and Ku'ran quotations tossed back at them. Atheist answers tend to be reasonable and interesting to read - they also tend to illuminate reality rather than cloud it over with nonsense.

Questions start like that when people are directing questions to members of certain beliefs. Sometimes it is to get information from kindred spirits. Other times it is to challenge people who don't share one's faith. The latter is abuse of the service, in my opinion.

I've noticed that 9 out of 10 times when they start that way, what follows is really incredibly stupid. Is that some kind of rule here?

Maybe they just want to get your attention. People do it to Christians too.
