No, not that i know of- its just like gatorade or powerade accept without all that sugar and its greatly healthy.

no...I like the hot and spicy V8 and it actually helps me stay awake!

i would doubt it unless you are adding vodka.... It is made from veggies.... dont think it would make you tired!
