Although he is scum, he should be kept alive to suffer and then suffer some more. What he was party to was the worst sickest thing any human can do. Why should he be left to die , he should live to a very very old age so he can wallow in misery and be tortured every single second that he breathes.

No he shouldn't. Like it or not (and I suspect not,) Brady is unwell, just as unwell as someone with cancer, and the state has a duty of care to him. Killing him, or permitting him to kill himself, is not looking after him, is it?
