If America nukes another nation, it will not mean that God allowed it or finds favor with it. He will however, allow us to do things whether they are right or wrong. The leadership of the country will determine if or when we do that. Much the same as has happened in the history of this and other countries.

If he wants that nation to be nuked.
He may want America to be nuked or just neutralized.
America is as important to God as Nicaragua.
God has his people. It's not America.
It is a collection of people who call on him in the name of Jesus Christ. They are not collected in one place nor physically. it is a world wide body of people who neither know nor have met each other in many cases.
God does not hesitate to take the life a a human being if it is part of his plan. He is God we are his creation. That's how it works.
Though he take my loved ones, yet will I praise Him!
Though he take my health, yet will I praise Him!
Though he slay me, yet will I praise Him!
His decisions are just!

Hum, if you open a history book for the period of August 1945 dear, you will discover that it already happened...
I am talking about the nuking part. No fictional character from bronze age middle eastern goat herders had anything to do with it though, just human beings....

No one can say what He allows but Him. If God could put Faith in man, then nothing like this would have ever happened. I guess it's the same reason that He allowed Japan to attack Pearl Harbor. Everyone will be judged after life.

What circumstances are you referring to? Why I say it that way is because there are so many.
Since we cannot talk or even attempt to say what God might be thinking, I am not qualified to speak for God and say what he might allow or disallow.
Since God created all things, and all things belong to God, I believe he knows what is best...............

Somebody should ask God.Really they should.
The problem is;Nobody on Earth seems to have his telephone number.
My guess is that he say something like this;
"There is no reason that any nation should EVER nuke another.This Earth is your garden.Stop doing everything in your power to destroy her and her inhabitants."

I don't think God will literally call upon Nature to smite missiles from the sky. It is up to us, whether instruments of God or not, to prevent a nuclear attack.
