well my younger cousin goes to a school in the US where the langue is englis ..and welll were hispan but we dont know haw to speak spanis and well they didnt let him join chiour cuse he dosent know spanis well ithink thats no right that he must know spanish to join what is this worl coming too??? what schoul i get my cousins mom to do ?

Academic freedom enables the school on what to teach and what to assign to the students what to do in school. Thus, your cousin can be assigned to join the choir and learn Spanish because it is part of the school program.
