He just does not always like the choices we make.He's always there waiting for us to love Him back and longs for us to turn to Him, and He will NEVER give up on us, as long as we live, we ALWAYS have a chance to turn ourselves around. Even Hitler Youth! When Hitler Youth, or any lost sheep FINALLY turns to Him fully, He will be there with open arms and celebrating.
And that is why we are comanded to love our enemies; because God loves us first!

Jesus loves everyone. Even extreme sinners, but we can't point fingers because we are all sinners. Let's also remember that not all of the members of Hitler Youth were members by choice.
