... and GEORGE BUSH?!

PESTILENCE rides a WHITE HORSE (represents Victory), and carries a bow with no arrows which symbolizes a non-violent rise to power; wears a crown. The power is Conquest ... the rider represents the Antichrist or other warriors.

WAR rides a RED HORSE (represents Blood Spilled on the Battlefield), and carries a sword. The power is War, and the rider represents War.

FAMINE rides a BLACK HORSE (representing Desolation), and carries scales. The power is Persecution, Famine and Enslavement. The rider represents the scarcity of food as a result of War.

DEATH rides a PALE HORSE (representing the paleness of the skin in Death and Decay) ... and carries Death, followed by Hades. The power is Kills by PLAGUES and SLAUGHTERS, etc. The rider represents Death.

Sounds familiar?!!

interpret the Bible in your own way? "Thou hypocrite! First cast out the beam from your own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye!" In other words ... when God has spoken to you well enough that you can honestly say that you know the Bible better than any man, then we can talk!

jesussaves, I saved you for last. (I made a typo before). You're right, actually. I am stretching it a bit, but it's to make a point. In the presidency of both Bushes, there was Pestilence, War, Famine and Death. Some people might choose to ignore (or rationalize) that fact, but it won't erase it.

He has brought all of these, hasn't he?

1. Pestilence, through refusing to fund health care for uninsured children
2. War, through invading Afghanistan, Iraq and probably Iran in the near future
3. Famine, through telling farmers to grow ethanol producing plants, instead of food
4. Death, through being responsible for deaths of nearly 500,000 Iraqis

These are God judgment onto "Christendom". As you know, God wrath will be onto the believers as well as unbelievers because they are also part of the evil community-the Byzantine Empire (also known as the beast) that judgment had been made. And God will cause the few to suffer together with the rest that were given to the beast but for the few the reward will be paradise against the rest the lake of fire. The rider on the white horse is a Muslim, an approved God people, the same rider as described in Rev.19, where it described to the very detailed about prophet Muhammad. But,the red was the Persian who had been tormenting the kingdom constantly about the same era causing havoc and famine(loss of farmed land and rationing of food). If you like, the Persian are described in Rev 9. When the Persian-an unapproved God people, took Egypt from them, the food supply to the Byzantine was further cut-off and there was widespread famine throughout the kingdom which is the third rider in black. It was also during these period that there was great plague devastation all kingdom including Byzantine, Persian and Muslim Syria killing most of the world population, which is the last rider.

hm.. parallel??

ok let's try this, just to be fair.

Pestilence- definition: A usually fatal epidemic disease, especially bubonic plague. A pernicious, evil influence or agent.= ok, yes. . I think he's definitely pernicious.

Red Horse- War-.. hm.. I can't say he's a warrior.. he's never even served in the military.. he's declared war, but he didn't fight it. He also doesn't do much leading there.. that's up to the military leaders. Big stretch here.

Famine: definition- A drastic, wide-reaching food shortage.
A drastic shortage; a dearth. Severe hunger; starvation.
I could say yes, he's brought that to the Iraqi people... but again, this is a big stretch.

Death- um.. George may be a war monger, but um where has he spread the plague?

I think this is stretching it way out of proportion.. Hitler would've made an easier comparison..

Also, having studied the bible for many many years.. your eschatology is way off.. the seals are opened by God himself, and he pours out the judgment in the form of the four horsemen.. the alleged "anti-christ" is not a judgment of God.

Has absolutely nothing to do with George Bush.

Stop trying to interpret the Bible yourself. "Interpretations belong to God" (Genesis 40:8). Use the Bible to interpret the Bible. Compare the passage of the four horsemen to Luke 21:10, 11 where Jesus was prophesying about the last days. The first horse is white and its rider has a crown. This represents Jesus when he was installed as king of God's kingdom in the "final part of the days", that is, the last days(Daniel 2:44; 7:13, 14). Jesus' first action as king was to cast Satan and his demons to the earth, meaning great woe for the earth. (Revelation 12:9, 10) This woe is represented by the next 3 riders and their horses, namely War, Famine, and Pestilence/Death.

This all points to the time period of 1914 onward.

1914-1918 WW1begins leaving 20,000,000 dead
1918-1919 Spanish Flu kills between 50,000,000 to 100,00,000 people
1939-1945 WW2 kills 72,000,000 people

The ride of the four horsemen have escalated into nearly reaching the climax. The first rider, Jesus Christ, will soon complete his conquest. The ungodly of this world will be destroyed, and faithful, righteous people will survive into a earth with a righteous goverment, with Christ as king. (Psalm 37:9-11, 29, Proverbs 2:21, 22; Psalm 72:7, 8; Revelation 21:3, 4)

In Eastern philosophy, these horsemen signify the four Yugas, or 'Ages of the world' which, riding forth at their appointed times, become, for a certain span, the rulers of creation". The four Yugas, or periods of time, are described in the East as follows:

KRITA YUGA. The Golden Age, the age of joy and spiritual innocence of man.

TRETA YUGA. The Age of Silver, the period of the supremacy of man, of giants and of the sons of God.

DVAPARA YUGA. The Age of Bronze-a mixture of purity and impurity, (spirit and matter), the age of doubt.

KALI YUGA. Our present Age -the Age of Iron, of darkness, misery and sorrow. Kali is the best emblem to represent the "fall of man "-the fall of spirit into matter, with its terrific and far-reaching results.

The horsemen could come at any second, but I don't think Bush is represented in it at all.
I sure don't see bush as the AC or anyone likely to bring peace.

No. George W. is not the Antichrist!
You need to read more about the antichrist in the Bible.
