I was part of the cult following of the X-files, Star Wars, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Angel. So really I am more of a geek.

yes I was
the name: materialistic society
it is the worst one
they promise to be happy when you get rich, be beautiful and have a lot of sex!
Everyone in this cult has to work like a donkey to earn enough money to buy all this luxurious.
They eat crappy food and take a lot of drugs to stay on the track.
The morality is going more and more down and getting killed and raped is more and more a normal thing in this cult.
And the best thing is, that they say people who choose to live a religious, moral, healthy life outside this society are living in a cult.
Can you believe that?

Yes. I sold Mary Kay Cosmetics.
We dressed alike, worshiped an icon, believed in fantastic rewards for our service, sang little songs and tried to convert others. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, however weird and spooky. It passed the time, improved my people skills and forced me to use my powers of reason in order to leave. From now on, I'll be more wary of cults.

Yes. I once dated a woman who was part of a strange group. They believed in such crazy things as equality between men and women. Men took part in caring for children. The men payed child support and held down jobs. Well, I just gave up my kids, quit paying child support and got out of that crazy cult.

Yes, and I still am. We preform ritual animal slaughters every Saturday night. The animals range from mice, to horses depending on the spell's required power. It's great fun. You should come to one. Saturday nights at 8. 456 Sunset Blvd. LA, California.

How do you define a cult?
Personally never, but my ex highschool favourite classmate has and stil is. She converted to mormons. I hope I'm not offending anyone, but in Romania they are cnsidered a cult.
The fact that she converted didn't mean we didn't stay friends
