To help with the noises from "empty stomach," drink water...lots of it. Just remember - replace the water soluble vitamins and minerals you are going to be literally peeing away.
Now, if you are telling us that your digestive system is not processing food as well as it should...ie: you can see exactly what you are the day before in your stool... Eat soft easily digested foods, and make an appointment with a physician ASAP... Explain the problem and ask for a referral to a specialist if necessary!

Symptom Relief
Sip some warm 7-Up. Warm 7-Up or ginger ale may be just what the doctor ordered for a gurgling stomach—if the gurgles are caused by gas or air. Putting soda bubbles in your belly may help encourage gas trapped in your stomach to come up as a belch.
Sneak a snack. You probably don't have time for a meal, but sneaking a snack should silence your stomach. "If you're in a hurry, you could eat a cracker or a piece of bread. That could stop the noises from happening.
Don't gulp. Ever tried to take a deep breath to stop your stomach from gurgling? You may have made the situation worse. "You're just taking in more air—part of the problem in the first place. So if you do take a deep breath or yawn, try not to swallow the air."

Dear Friend,
Make sure you are having lots of water to drink, eat lots of green leafy Vegetables, and lots of Bran. I would recommend have a Bran muffin or Bran cereal in the morning during breakfast, during lunch and dinner make sure you are having your veggies, your fruits, and once a week try having Milk of Magnesia to clear your stomach. Make sure you are having lots of water through out the day but not more than 8-10 glasses. Try this it should improve things for you. Some times even going for clear fluids for a couple of days will clear your digestive system, and clear your body of all toxins. If that does not help, go see your doctor, you might have a bowl blockage that would require medical attention. Good luck.

You may want to go to see a Gastroenterologist to see what what may be bothering you. You may have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), or it may be Chrohn's or IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) which is inflammation within your intestines.
Best case scenario would be that your doctor could rule this things out, otherwise if treated all the above diseases can be managed.
I have additional information linked below:

My gf suffers alot with this. pasta and things like that i would avoid as it takes longer to digest. if i were you i would have mainly fruit and veg for the next few days and see how your stomach reacts to it. also drinking alot of water is good for you! if the problem is still occuring, i would seek help from your GP.

it sounds like IBS. A lot of people have it. There is medication. So i would talk with your doctor to see if you are a candidate for it. It all dpends on what triggers you, anything greasy will. some pasta will, some dairy will, it all depnds on your body.

You need lots of fiber... whole grains, oatmeal, cereal... that will help your digestive system. Also, make sure you're getting enough protein. (Beans, nuts, etc.)
