Largest- Christianity
Fastest growing- Paganism (including things like Shamanistic religions, Spiritualist, general Nature worshippers, folk religions and the like... some people might also include Bhuddism, Taoism and other "Eastern" belief systems but I find this debateable)
But as far as "standard" religions are concerned, the fastest growing would be Islam

Hello,
The Roman Catholic is the largest with over 1.1 billion people. Lumping all Christian religions together is close to 2 billion. Islam is the fastest growing religion.

Christianity is the largest religion in the world.
But I agree with alloted. So many claim to be Christian, but I only see them go to church once a year, if that. They reject everything, and only turn to God when they need him.
And Islam is the fastest growing religion.

30% of the world self identifies as Christian, but many Christians disagree on just who is and is not a Christian.
Islam is the fastest growing religion, but has the same problem as above.

I would say Islam is truly the biggest. Christianity claims to be but they base that on people who would claim so. Many 'christians' will say they are christian even when they don't actually go to church or any of the other religious stuff, its normally cos they are scared incase of what could happen if they say they don't believe.
