Why don't you consider going to Azerbaijan? it's a cool place, Azerbaijanis are nice people.

You posted a similar question before, and wanted to know how he could transfer into the U.S. Army, and the answers still the same, he will not becoming back.

This is a very common occurrence when soldiers are in foreign countries, he was lonely, you were lonely, let me guess you got "engaged" after a couple of weeks.

Promises of undying love were exchanged, etc...etc...etc...Did he give you a real home address so you can write by snail mail or an email address??

These places / countries do not send people on courses unless they have been vetted, what he learn on this course is for the use of his countries military.

And possibly / certainly he is already married or got a steady girl.

Sorry to be such a downer!1 but thats the real world.

How much longer does he have in the Army over there? The best thing would be for him to finish out his time and then once he's finished he can move to the U.S. Lots of military couples have to live without one another for a period of time. Good luck.

I'm not sure about their military, but I would say there really isn't a legal way for him to get out of his commitment.
