i still use my sister's thermometer from when she was a baby. And I'm way past 13 years old.

If you have no choice, there wouldn't be any harm. But if you can, you really should use a thermometer designed for 10-13 year olds.

Yes you can, baby thermometers are smaller and normally are made better due to the end user being an infant.

depends on what kind of thermometer it is.. if it is an anal thermometer, i doubt you will want to! they all work the same so it is safe to use for someone other than a baby

it really depends on exactly what type of thermometer it is. A tympanic (ear) tharmometer should be okay, but an oral or rectal thermometer will likely be small and uncomfortable.

Yes, all thermometers are basically the same, and ones for babies are just sometimes smaller, softer, or packaged for that purpose, but they will work on anyone :)

Yes but why? They are old enough to hold it in their mouth. They do even have ones for the ear now also.
