No it's not cheating.

It depends. If you are talking about using manuals or other resources to learn something new as in something that could be learned in school, then no that's not cheating (unless you're instructed to not use outside sources). If this is a roundabout way of asking if it's ok to sleep with other people behind a partner's back to improve sexual technique, yes, that's cheating.

Using another resource to gain knowledge of something, is just simply increasing your intelligence. So no, it isn't cheating.

Its doubtful anything changes base intelligence, but learning or altering organizational skills or practcing skills like math or pattern recognition would not be considered cheating unless they were somehow giving away exact test questions, answers, or like a calculator, provide a device to obtain the former information.

Gee, a training course to increase your intelligence sounds like LEARNING... definitely not cheating.

I would not consider this cheating, sounds like they are just using resources to better themselves, unless it is illegal in some way.

uhhhh...people study to make themselves smarter all the time. That's like asking if it's cheating when an athelete works out. No they weren't born that way, but they're working to better themselves.

Thats like, if someone practiced math problems their whole life and someone just ate potatoes, is it cheating that the one that practiced knows more about math, and the other one knows more about eating potatoes?

I would not be cheating,,anyway you can learn something no matter how you learn it is fine..some find things difficult to learn withouth someone showing them how,,others read more about it,,and some find it easy to learn,,TO LEARN IS TO LEARN,,and any way is a good way,,GO FOR IT!
