Poor people, my Mom had some friends who thought they had won the Publisher's Clearing House sweepstakes. They threw a party and waited at home for the people to come over with the huge check. Poor, stupid people.

Nope. They ask for your personal information. Then you will get a lot of junk mail from third party that PCH sold your address to.
