if you, as a fundamentalist Christian, would be willing to read carefully (and be prepared to discuss) one chapter (of my choice) of Dawkins' The God Delusion.
This is an ideal opportunity to potentially make a convert.

I propose chapter 7 of Dawkins. Can the religious respondents here agree on a Bible chapter?

Ah nice. How about Isaiah chapter 53. to do it better, go back a few versus and then read. It will take less than 10 minutes.
(sneak peak)
he was pierced for our transgressions
he was despised and rejected
he bore the sins of many for our transgressions
this is old testament NIV
**hey here's a yahoo question within a yahoo question. What do you think about this quote from Wikipedia on Dawkin's book?
"For example, the most popular "religious" book, says Amazon, is The God Delusion; second is Hitchens' God is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything.) The book's publication also "prompted a 120 per cent increase" in the sales of The Bible."

Its a noble thought. Here, however is my prediction (sealed in this public domain until the end of the experiment)
I predict the Christian will read your chapter and observe that although it is well spoken and he respects that viewpoint he did not buy into Dawkin's argument and believes that it leaves unanswered questions that he finds answers to in the Bible.
I believe that you will read the Bible book and then say, respectfully, that you could not see the logic in much of it and that the only parts that speak to your faith are full of inconsistencies and try as hard as you could you couldn't buy into it.
Anyone want to propsoe a different outcome? I'd accept your challenge but I'm not Christian, this is the next best thing I could think of to participate.

I agree with Kallan.
If a non-Abrahamic Theist wanted to join in, we would have to read both chapters objectively.
What could we have both of you read?

Did you know that this is how Christopher Hitchens promoted his book "God is Not Great"?
He went and debated outspoken christians and muslims, they all admitted that they lost the debates to him, that he knew his bible and quran inside and out.
