Orthodox Judaism, many Conservative or Traditional Judaism.
Observant Jews keep the sabbath - no cooking, no carrying (This means house to house or building to building. You may pick things up in your home: books, plate of food, baby, etc), no working, traveling, etc. Actually nothing that involves use of energy or will bring about a physical change or spark- cooking, turning on a light, driving a car - is to be done. Not all Jews are fully observant. Not all keep kosher, wear head covering (men and women) or keep the Sabbath in the very strictest sense. The Sabbath is not a punishment with a list of can nots. It's was set aside as a reward and rest. Food is prepared ahead of time and dishes and cleaning are left til after sundown Saturday. The Sabbath even extends to animals. No beast of burden is to be worked. There are allowances for medical issues and emergencies.
In Jewish theology one is not expected to keep all the hundreds of commandments perfectly as it is nearly impossible. The scriptures talk about obvious sinners being righteous. The commandments must be upheld - which the Jewish people have done for thousands of years ( if they hadn't there would be no bible ) and you do your best and ask forgiveness.

You spelled religion wrong. Is that a sin? Just joking:) I follow the commandments in the Torah. I consider myself Torah observant. There are 613 laws and none are all inclusive of anyone person. Some are for Levites only, some are for actually living in the land of Israel. The first of the 10 sayings (commandments) is, "I AM Yahweh, your God." This is the first Hebrew commandment, the catholics have a different 10 than the protestants. I stick with the Jewish 10. If you don't believe the first, then don't worry about the rest. Selah.

Wow. communicate approximately your "Pharisaical Legalism" run-amuck!! Get a grip on New testomony theology, might ya? right this is a few Scriptures to chew on: Isaiah a million:13 - God starts off to bare His displeasure with the Sabbath. Matt. 28:a million; Mark sixteen:2,9; John 20:a million,19- the Gospel writers purposely demonstrate Jesus' resurrection and appearances have been on Sunday. this is because of the fact Sunday had now develop into the main serious day interior the existence of the Church. Acts 20:7 - this article shows the apostolic custom of amassing jointly to rejoice the Eucharist on Sunday, the "first day of the week." Luke information the theory worship replaced into on Sunday because of the fact this replaced into between the departures from the Jewish type of worship. a million Cor. sixteen:2 - Paul instructs the Corinthians to contribute to the church homes "on the 1st day of the week," that's Sunday. this is because of the fact the conventional day of Christian worship is Sunday. Col. 2:sixteen-17 - Paul teaches that the Sabbath replaced into in elementary terms a shadow of what replaced into fulfilled in Christ, and says "enable no one bypass judgment any further over a Sabbath." 2 Thess. 2:15 - we are to hold rapid to apostolic custom, despite the fact that if it is oral or written. the two,000 twelve months-old custom of the Church is that the apostles replaced the Sabbath day of worship from Saturday to Sunday. Heb. 4:8-9 - with regard to the day of relax, if Joshua had given relax, God does no longer later communicate of "yet another day," that's Sunday, the recent Sabbath. Sunday is the 1st day of the week and the 1st day of the recent introduction delivered approximately by using our Lord's resurrection, which replaced into on Sunday. Heb. 7:12 - whilst there's a transformation interior the priesthood, there's a transformation interior the regulation to boot. because of the fact we've a clean Priest and a clean sacrifice, we also have a clean day of worship, that's Sunday. None. Orthodox Jews are probably the most literal and consciencious about trying, followed by Conservative and Reformed Jews and then, maybe 7th Day Adventists.
Which is why Christ was/is needed to fulfill the Law.
Christians are generally more concerned with discovering and observing the spirit of the Law (as Jesus taught, principally in the Sermon on the Mount) than following it literally or ritually.

JUDAISM and-
Judaism with belief in the Messiah.
"The sect of the Nazarenes", they kept the Torah and believed in The Messiah. Where are they? I wish I knew.
Acts 24:5 "For we have found this man a real pest and a fellow who stirs up dissension among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes.
BTW Paul proved he kept the Torah Acts 21:21-26
From a Christian or modern church perspective:
The Commandments
1- Exo 20:2 "I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.
The Torah was given to the children of Israel delivered out of Egypt. Torah observance acknowledges that God is The Elohim of Israel.
Christianity practically teaches against Torah observance.
It is important to acknowledge the nation of Israel as the covenant people. It was a promise, that is why when they broke it Elohim is going to renew it back to them. (A whole other topic)
Jer 31:31 "Behold, days are coming," declares the LORD, "when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah,
Jer 31:36 "If this fixed order departs From before Me," declares the LORD, "Then the offspring of Israel also shall cease From being a nation before Me forever."
Eph 2:12 remember that you were at that time separate from Christ, excluded from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.
2- Exo 20:3 "You shall have no other gods before Me.
Exo 20:4 "You shall not make for yourself an idol, ...
Exo 20:6 but showing lovingkindness to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
Again, the Torah Commandments guard us from worshipping any other God..
3- Exo 20:7 "You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not leave him unpunished who takes His name in vain.
YHVH is the tetragrammaton of the sacred name.
Yeshua, name of The Messiah, is a form of the Hebrew word for salvation Strong's :yeshuw'ah:H3444
There is some debate about this but Jesus is a variation to the Greek god name of Zeus. In any case it is nowhere near the Hebrew name of The Messiah. The Name has been defiled.
Joshua would be a closer English equivalent. Check out Hebrews 4:8 in the KJV against other translations. Proof that there is a problem or tampering with the name of The Messiah.
4- Exo 20:8 "Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Exo 20:9 "Six days you shall labor and do all your work,
Exo 20:10 but the seventh day is a sabbath of the LORD...
The SDAs keep it and now some Baptist churches are actually keeping it. If only they would come back to observing the Torah. (Okay, I'm bracing myself for the onslaught of responses from the SDAs) Also the World Wide Church of God and various Messianic Judaism groups.
5- Exo 20:12 "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be prolonged in the land which the LORD your God gives you.
We must honor Abraham and Sarah as the father and mother of Elohim's covenant people. It is through Abraham's seed; Isaac and Jacob (Israel) that the promise is given.
Like Ephraim and Manasseh, the two Egyptian sons of Joseph adopted by Jacob. We to can be as adopted sons and daughters through the covenant given to Israel our father.
Gen 48:5 "And now your two sons, who were born to you in the land of Egypt before I came to you in Egypt, are mine; Ephraim and Manasseh shall be mine, as Reuben and Simeon are.
6-10 Most of the churches teach these commands, I hope.
Summed up Commandments 1 thru 5:
Mat 22:37 And He said to him, "'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.'
Mat 22:38 "This is the great and foremost commandment.
Commandments 5 thru 10:
Mat 22:39 "The second is like it, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.'
Mat 22:40 "On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets."
We can observe the Torah:
Deu 30:10 if you obey the LORD your God to keep His commandments and His statutes which are written in this book of the law, if you turn to the LORD your God with all your heart and soul.
Deu 30:11 "For this commandment which I command you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it out of reach.
Certain aspects we cannot keep because the Levitical priesthood and temple are gone. The prophet Ezekiel tells us it will be restored.
In Hebrew Torah means to instruct, to aim, and direct. It is a life long journey to aim our lives toward YHVH The Creator.

Christians are under the new covenant and not the old. Paul warns Christians not to go back to the old covenant in Galatians 4-5.

No man has ever lived perfect according to the law.
It is the reason that God provided the atonement to do what the law does not.
The law demonstrates man's need for God.
Man is made new and righteous through the atonement Jesus did provide,
