Sure, you could crank call, but all you'd hear is "hello, hello". Wouldn't you rather just call and have a conversation? My ex did that a couple times and it was really annoying. If you want to hear him talk, try having a conversation, be mature about it.

No you shouldn't if you wanna hear is voice again confront him and talk to him and just be his friend. You can hear his voice and see his face again but crank calling him could make him mad.

Call and say just that. "I know it's been a long time, I just wanted to hear your voice", crank calling is childish.

My friend did that all the time... i guess you can do it once or twice. Of you could just call him and ask him how he's been. That would be mature.
