The bad news is that gas prices are going up 20 cents by December. And someone will look at someone cross-eyed tomorrow and oil prices will jump up $5. But we need to live in the moment, right? La La La La La La La La La!!!

I get my gas at a Shell station in Irving, Texas for $2.99 a gallon. That was the price as of last Sunday, 11/11. I haven't checked it today.

It was $2.91 yesterday at the Walmart in Jonesboro Arkansas. Probably over 3 bucks now. Why cant we revamp our railway systems and do travel buy train like they did in the old days. aren't most of the trains electric now days? I keep threatening to buy a horse and buggy. At least I can use the manure to fertilize the veggies I am going to have to grow myself to afford to eat when food prices skyrocket because of high gas prices. It is all a cycle. I remember being pissed when gas prices hit $1.50. Boy how I miss those days.
Heaven forbid the Oil tycoons not get their 300 billion dollar Christmas bonuses. Gas prices never used to fluctuate like this. At least I don't remember them doing it . It seems like every time a flea farts gas goes up. Excuse the crude expression.

It IS so frustrating! I use to love going for drives this time of year because of the leaves changing in fall but now those drives are few and far between!

You can look for $4.00 to $5.00 a gallon gasoline by next spring or summer. Hey, how's that for " living in the moment "?
