You don't. The US doesn't have a VAT like some countries due. The sales tax you pay in the US isn't refundable.

What you want is a miracle it is illegal to work in America if you travelled on a visitors visa you cannot get the best of both worlds

did you work. sales tax is not refunded, like vat.
