ok, first i got 2 girls. one is 2 the other almost 4. they will not let me alone to do anything such as a treadmill elliptical ect, and i cant really afford a gym membership with daycare services. i need ideas for some exercises i could do maybe with them? preferably indoors since its winter here in new england. something that wont cost too much either. thanks......im out of shape and gonna be having wls so need to lose 20 pounds before doc will operate. i need help!!

you could get an exercise video that is fun for the girls also--then all of you can get moving!
when it gets warmer get a jogging stroller. i have a double jogger and i take my 3 + 5 year olds with me jogging about 5 times a week. this is my easiest way to get in exercise.

Get the music out and start dancing.... Make a game of household chores, like vacuuming....

do you have stairs? This is what I do. I might be taking clothing to the basement to wash, and I will purposely leave clothing upstairs because I wil have to go back and get them. it really works. drink lots of lemon water and get rid of that damn scale!!! (smile)

get a work out video with lots of music, and have your kids follow you. kids love dancing, and thats what it will look like to them.
