You do - you just don't know it. Some garages have a deal with a local rental company, since it's cheaper and easier than having the garage buy some cars in case they're needed. Generally, the dealership will have something for you if the car is being fixed under warrantee - but you have to ask for it. And you usually only get one if the repair is expected to take more than a set amount of time. If the repair is being done through insurance (like bodywork after an accident), your insurance will usually cover a replacement rental while yours is being fixed - unless your particular policy doesn't include that.

Of course, this isn't exactly a rule either, so it will vary from place to place and garage to garage.

Statistically women are better drivers up to age 25, then it evens out, which is why 17 year old girls pay less for insurance than 17 year old boys.

I asked this at the Chevrolet dealer I tow for, they said the majority of those that ask about loaner cars are men. The women usually have a ride and don't ask.

Yes you do but not all courtesy cars have it noted on the body of the car

Argue all you want; however you'd be hard-pressed to find documented proof that men are superior to women as drivers.

"Men typically drive more miles than women and engage more often in risky driving practices including not using a safety belt… and speeding,"
