First of all, I answer this question knowing that i will be flamed for my beliefs, but I'm ok with that.

How do we know that George Washington existed? How do we know that there was a man named Christopher Columbus? I know that God is here the same way i know that the men i asked about existed. there is proof, both written and documented and the results of their actions are evident. The Bible is the documents of Gods existence and what He has done is well documented in the Word. His fingerprints are indeed everywhere. I ask to seriously look at your life. The way you work, the things you are able to think, the feelings that you are able to have, the impressions you are able to leave on a person. I think it's more of a fairy tale to believe that we come from some ooze by some sort of a cosmic accident. The word of God proves itself reliable everyday. I cannot "see" wind. I cannot "see" heat but i know it's there i can feel it, i can see the results from their individual properties. I can't see God, but i can see and feel His work, the way that He can have a positive effect on people, His perfect blue print for creating life the promises He has made and the promises He has kept. Nothing from what God instructs has ever been wrong. I can only say that time will ulitmately prove or disprove God, but for me He has revealed Himself ever so clearly in His word and ever so realy in my Life.

Because real proof requires evidence and reasoning which are verifiable and irrefutable (or at least "most likely" in the Occam's razor test), and none exists for any God. Proof does not exist for or against the existence of any Deity.

This world is not proof of any Gods' existence because there are very reasonable scientific theories on how the universe and life on this planet came to be which don't involve any Gods, and these theories are backed up with verifiable evidence and sound reasoning.

Believers who have had an experience of one or several Gods may have "proof" enough for themselves, especially in the absence of proof that the God(s) they experienced *don't* exist, but that doesn't mean anybody else has any reason to believe it. Experience is evidence only for the person it happens to.

For the same reason atheist cant prove how life started, how the universe came into being, or why the whole world is focused upon Israel just as the word of God said it would be in the last days.

Why can't non-believers prove that God does not exist?

Prove it to whom? The majority of humanity believes there is a God by a vast margin. God's existence is the most established fact in human history. We can't help it if you have a hard head.

There is no way to prove something that is defined as "omnipresent," because testing requires a comparison between two items, one of which is known to NOT contain the variable (God, in this case,) and another which is unknown, but since God is everywhere, there is no place where God is not, so science is a Lame Duck when it comes to proving God.

That is why.

Basically because god is defined as a non-physical entity, something that is 'spirit' or 'supernatural'. This means that there is no way physically any experiment could be done or data gathered as evidence. No evidence = no proof. They only proof they ever offer is 'so and so said so' or 'this book here says so'. Well thats the same as saying, "because I say he exists" and means nothing in terms of evidence. Therefore they cannot prove god exists by definition.

How can you prove infrared light exists? You can't see it or taste it. Yet people say it is there. Your remote controls in your home work--by magic??? We can't see RF waves either. So how does what your remotes turn on work without them?

To see God, look at His effects on everything. Nothing is here by accident.

Sometimes atheist assert that there is no proof that God exists. The only problem is that an atheist cannot logically make that claim.

In order to state that there is no proof for God's existence, the atheist would have to know all alleged proofs that exist in order to then state that there is no proof for God's existence. But, since he cannot know all things, he cannot logically state there is no proof for God's existence.

At best, an atheist can only state that of all the alleged proofs he has seen thus far, none have worked. He could even say that he believes there are no proofs for God's existence. But then, this means that there is the possibility that there is a proof or proofs out there and that he simply has not yet encountered one.

Nevertheless, if there was a proof that truly did prove God's existence, would the atheist be able to accept it given that his presuppositions are in opposition to the existence of God? In other words, given that the atheist has a presuppositional base that there is no God, in order for him to accept a proof for God's existence, he would have to change his presuppositional base. This is not easy to do and would involve a major paradigm shift in the belief structure of the atheist. Therefore, an atheist is presuppositionally hostile to any proofs for God's existence and is less likely to be objective about such attempted proofs.

I am a christian and only been one for a couple of years. God loved me when I didn't love myself. I was real bad into Meth and ran with a pretty rough crowd. I am lucky to be alive!!! God kept out of a lot of stuff. I couldn't see it when I was using but now I see what all he done for me. People don't want to see what God does for them, if they admitted there was a God then they would have to change their ways. That is the way I was. When life got totally impossible i then turned to God and now my life is completely different. No drugs, alcohol, and i am a different person. I was once bound to drugs had to have drugs and now I am free. That is proof God exists!!!!!! Thank you Jesus!!!
