I'm very excited about Uncharted Drakes Fortune. It's the game I've been waiting to buy for all of November. I would buy Uncharted before buying Assassin's Creed anyday. I love action/adventure games and I'm sure that Uncharted will be a awesome game!
The thing that I like the most about Uncharted is that it's a new game franchise with new characters, a good story, and most of all, it's a PS3 exclusive.

I am and im deferentially getting it I hope alot of people try to get the game but im afraid that it will be overshadowed by COD$ and assassin creed

Demo played great and loved that you could switch shoulders when aiming. It's about time they use that ability.
