Are you talking about aspirin? baby aspirin? It depends on how much. If it's a proper dose then the baby should feel less pain and have a lower fever. Too much and we're talking overdose and a call to poison control and 911.

I'm afraid this isn't good. You need emergency help ASAP if this has happened. It will cause haemorrhaging from the stomach and, if absorbed, will lead to internal haemorrhaging. IF THIS HAS HAPPENED DIAL 999/911 NOW!
