By your same arguement, God also put oil under our soil and in our Gulf Coast here in the USA as well.
It's our fault we are so gluttonous and wasteful with it that it is now no longer enough to sustain our domestic use.
It is our fault we have fallen so far behind in the sciences that other countries are developing alternatives to oil faster than we are.
Its our fault we have given oil companies too much leeway and they are in no big hurry to find alternatives as the oil boom in prices is a MAJOR pay load for them.
If we fix those things, then we will no longer have to buy oil from people who HATE us and have our economy wrapped around their fingers.

OIL, and all HYDOCARBONS, are the effect of VEGATATION, decomposing below particular situations. "below the sand? below the frozen Artic ice? contained in the rocks, buried benieth the exterior of land? below the floor of ociens, gulf's, sea's? Over the technique approx 4 BILLION YEARS, the earths floor constructive factors, the forests, the waters, the mountains, the flat lands, and so on. have ALL replaced !!!! A reality of nature !!! contained in the previous geological historic past, protecting those BILLIONS of years, tremendous forests grew the position on the instantaneous there are deserts, oceans, ice caps, barren mountain highlands. THE EARTH isn't A sturdy / STATIC EXISTANCE, AND hasn't ever BEEN!!! The very make up of the earth prevents a static condition, on the instantaneous or for the fore seeable destiny. The decomposition of those forests vegative boost is the bottom "materals" required for OUR / THEIR/ THAT hydrocarbon / oil, organic gasoline, coal, and so on. O.ok., God created the heavenS and the earth, and he did it "IN 6 DAYS, AND RESTED on the seventh DAY-----" "DAY" ??? How lengthy is an afternoon in Gods existence ?? How ought to he reduce his day to 24 hours, if he created the sunlight, the Moon, and the celebs on the 4TH DAY ??? DID GOD reduce HIS DAY TO 24 HOURS, through wearing A WRIST WATCH? changed into THAT WRIST WATCH A ROLEX, A TIMEX, OR A SEIKO??? TIME, TO GOD IS no longer something -no longer something, AND TO SUSPOSE THAT HIS DAY changed into / is purely 24 EARTH HOURS, IS UNSTUYIED AND reminiscent of PAGENISM!!! OUR ?? THEIR ?? also word, there's a US Dept of capacity list, August 2005, giving the documents of added OIL, in Western Colorado, South Western Wyoming, And jap Utah, through far, THAN is accessible contained in the middle EAST ( THEIR SAND section) Too undesirable, the Liberals received't enable the yank oil agencies to "flow AFTER " those deposits !!! toro gringo

Because maybe it's their oil. And, as Golda Meir said, God led Moses to the only part of the Middle East that has no oil. :-)
