If the work load is not evenly distributed, stop doing so much, then the rest will have to pitch in. You could complain about it to your boss, only be really careful how you word your complaint or it could cause you more trouble with not only your boss, but also the other workers.

I'm gonna tell you why it sound sexist and its just whining, because:
1. This is not the way of complain (Unless you know that your boss will read your question posted here)
2. If you don't like your job because you have to do somebody else work... you have two options
a) Keep complaining
b) Look for something better
3. Bad news, sometimes you have to do others job... unless you own a business
4. If the person that hire you told you to do what you are doing (that you say is not your task) then that's another thing, and you should actually let know this person, what is happening.
5. ..."the girls all claim they are not strong enough..." that is for a gentleman to HELP and for a spoiled kid to be whining about it. (If you had a sister wouldn't you like that someone help to carry 100 pounds or heavy things??? )
6. What do you think is fair? fair to you? if is a thing that "the girls" are taking advantage of you that's another thing, but if not... then?
this kind of complaints has to be done directly with the person that can solve it... not here.

Why pay greater for an analogous artwork while a company could in simple terms hire a woman at the cheap? It in simple terms does not make financial experience. adult men could be those in the unemployment line by way of fact they value lots and there's a greater less costly decision, a woman. how a lot of human beings watch mens vs. women human beings tennis? Even adult men do no longer make an analogous money for an analogous activity. maximum male attorneys in NYC make greater effective than male attorneys in Lexington, VA.

they are strong enough . give them an opportunity . they can partner together as two guys would to lift something really heavy.
i found that in a business environment . . i would ask a male coworker on the team to lift anything box or something odd . we didn't have many of them. one day the man called in sick and his reason was bad back. i made it a point to them call facilities when and if i was out of my league didn't ask one of the guys ... just because they are guys. was a big learning expereince for me. backs are backs. some women are body builders . i am much older than you ... generations LOL we sort of grew up with those stereotypes / expectations but to your point, it's not accurate . equal pay for equal performance should be the standard.

I assume you are getting paid by the hour, so as long as you are getting paid, why does it make a difference what you are doing during that shift.
Secondly, your attitude needs an adjustment. You may claim not to be sexist but your remarks speak volumes for your attitude.
Lastly, I really would advise you to work on your grammar and spelling. Based on this communication, you are going to need to focus on this prior to graduation or you may continue your career as a minimum wage recepient. This feedback, may be hard to digest but it is being delivered to you on a sincere level.

This is equal because you all have the same job title with the same job description.
Your issue is with the work culture where you are doing all of the physical work. I think you should have a discussion with your boss about the equity of work.
A difference in pay is not the answer--a better distribution of work duties is.

Well, I suggest to your manager to hire a man specifically for doing these extra hard tasks of loading, unloading and carring, even for you so that the job can be divided equally between males and females!
Another suggestion, with a little compromise I think those girls should also do part of your job which don't require strength and force so that you take that time doing the part of their job which require force!

Dear Micheal,
If that is the situation, you need to let your supervisor in the college cafeteria know. Tell him/her that you don't mind helping but it seems to be every single day. I understand that sometimes giving a helping hand is one thing, but taking advantage is another, and that is what these females are doing. If they can not do the job that they are being paid for, they should do something they can do and earn an honest earning. Good Luck.

Have a talk with the boss...Because I am sure on the application it ask if they are able to do lifting, and if they can't or won't then they need to go! If the boss is no willing to change the fact, then I would be looking for another job. God Bless!

So, stop doing their jobs for them.
If they can't do the job they are supposed to do, then they shouldn't be there, or the job descriptions (pay scale included) should be adjusted.
If you stop doing their job, they will either complain - giving you an opportunity to voice your opinion about the whole thing to the boss - or quit or figure out a smarter way to do their job.
